Fluentix is an online language learning platform offering courses in Spanish, English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, and other languages. Features include vocabulary cards, daily conversation phrases, quizzes, games, and roleplay scenarios.

The Service is offered under multiple plans, including a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro, School/Academy, etc.). Details of each plan are available on our Pricing page.

The Service is available to users of all ages worldwide. Users under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental consent before creating an account.

If you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Creating multiple accounts by a single user is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by us.

Fees for paid plans are as listed on our Pricing page (inclusive of applicable taxes). We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with changes taking effect for new subscriptions or renewals.

• Payment methods: Credit card, debit card, and other methods we may designate
• Billing cycle: Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans renew each year
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Paid features remain accessible until the end of the current billing period

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Scraping or automated downloading of content
• Using content for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Modifying or reverse engineering any part of the Service

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Japan.

The Japanese version of these Terms shall be the authoritative version. In the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
