Fluentix is an online language learning platform offering courses in Japanese, English, and Spanish. Features include vocabulary cards, daily conversation phrases, quizzes, games, and roleplay scenarios.

The Service is offered under multiple plans, including a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro, School/Juku, etc.). Details of each plan are available on our Pricing page.
Pro is a single-seat license for one individual learner’s personal study. Using Fluentix to teach others (classroom, tutoring school, online school), sharing one Pro account with multiple students, or using it for corporate/organizational training requires a School / Juku plan.

The Service is available to users of all ages worldwide. Users under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental consent before creating an account.

If you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Creating multiple accounts by a single user is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by us.

Fees for paid plans are as listed on our Pricing page (shown in USD). We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with changes taking effect for new subscriptions or renewals.

• Payment methods: Paddle (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods available in your region). Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record
• Billing cycle: Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans renew each year
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Paid features remain accessible until the end of the current billing period

All content on the Service — including text, audio, images, design, and software — is the property of Fluentix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the content within the scope of their plan. Free/Pro users may use the Service for personal, non-commercial self-study only. School / Juku plans permit teaching and training uses as specified in the contract. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing content
• Scraping or automated downloading of content
• Using content for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Modifying or reverse engineering any part of the Service

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or rights of Fluentix or any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit spam, phishing content, malware, or other harmful materials
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluentix shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service
• Loss of data due to network or hardware failures
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your information
• Issues arising from third-party services or integrations

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

These Terms are provided in Japanese, English, and Spanish for convenience. To the extent permitted by law, the English version controls in the event of an inconsistency.
