🆓 Free Demo & Free Plan
Q. Is the free demo really free?
Yes, completely. No credit card, no email address, and no account registration is required. You can start using it the moment you open the page.
Q. What content is included in the free demo?
Each language combination includes 50 vocabulary flashcards, 3 real-life conversation scenarios, 10 multiple-choice quiz questions, 10 word-order puzzles, and a full pronunciation guide. It’s a genuine sample of our paid content quality.
Q. Does the free demo expire?
No. You can use the free demo as many times as you like, whenever you like, with no time limit.
Q. What’s the difference between the free plan and a paid plan?
The free plan gives you access to introductory content for each language. A paid Pro subscription unlocks unlimited access to all languages and levels, progress tracking and analytics, advanced and business-focused courses, and an ad-free experience.
💳 Pricing & Payment
Q. What are the pricing plans?
We offer the following plans:
- Free Plan: Introductory content, no registration required
- Pro Monthly: $5/month
- Pro Annual: $36/year ($3/month equivalent — save 40%)
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Additional payment methods are being added over time.
Q. Can I cancel my monthly plan at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. You’ll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Q. Can I cancel my annual plan?
Yes, you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. However, annual plans are non-refundable once the payment has been processed. We recommend trying the free demo thoroughly before committing to an annual plan.
Q. Will my data be deleted if I cancel?
No. As long as you don’t delete your account, your learning history and progress will be saved. You can pick up exactly where you left off if you resubscribe.
Q. Are subscriptions automatically renewed?
Yes, both monthly and annual plans renew automatically. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from the Subscription Management section of your account.
Q. Can I get a receipt or invoice?
A receipt is automatically sent to your registered email address after each payment. For corporate invoices, please contact us via the inquiry form.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
As a general rule, we do not issue refunds for completed payments. We encourage all users to try the free demo before subscribing.

Q. Which languages can I learn?
English, Spanish, and Japanese are currently available. Chinese, Korean, and Portuguese are in development and coming soon.
Q. What language combinations are supported?
We currently support six combinations:
- Japanese speakers learning English
- Japanese speakers learning Spanish
- English speakers learning Japanese
- English speakers learning Spanish
- Spanish speakers learning Japanese
- Spanish speakers learning English
Q. Is Fluentix suitable for complete beginners?
Absolutely. Every language course starts from the very basics — greetings, numbers, and everyday phrases — with clear explanations designed for learners with no prior experience.
Q. Can children use Fluentix?
Yes. We have content designed for elementary school-age learners. We recommend parental supervision for children using the platform. Parental consent is required for users under 13.
Q. Is there content for advanced learners?
Yes. Pro plan subscribers have access to advanced and business-focused courses for both English and Spanish.
Q. Can I use Fluentix to prepare for language exams like TOEIC, IELTS, or DELE?
While we don’t currently offer exam-specific preparation courses, the practical vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills you build with Fluentix will support your exam readiness. Dedicated exam preparation content is on our development roadmap.
Q. Does Fluentix work offline?
Not currently. An internet connection is required to use Fluentix. Offline functionality is on our development roadmap.
Q. How often is new content added?
New content is added on a regular basis. Pro plan subscribers get early access to new courses and features as they’re released.
📱 Devices & Technical
Q. Can I use Fluentix on my smartphone?
Yes. Fluentix works on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers. Simply open it in your browser — no app download is required.
Q. Which browsers are supported?
Fluentix works with all major browsers including Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. We recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser.
Q. The pronunciation audio isn’t playing. What should I do?
Please check your device volume settings and your browser’s audio permissions for the site. Note that pronunciation features use the Web Speech API, which is best supported in Google Chrome. If you’re using a different browser, switching to Chrome should resolve the issue.
Q. Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. Fluentix is currently web-based only. iOS and Android apps are planned for a future release.
🏫 Schools, Institutions & Organizations
Q. Can schools and language academies use Fluentix?
Yes. We offer institutional plans for language schools, tutoring centers, elementary and secondary schools, universities, and other educational institutions. Features include class-level management, bulk student progress tracking, and custom curriculum support. Please contact us for details.
Q. Can companies use Fluentix for employee training?
Yes. We offer plans for corporate language training programs. Fluentix is well-suited for English proficiency development and global talent initiatives. Please reach out via the contact page.
Q. Can administrators monitor student progress?
Yes. School and corporate plans include an admin dashboard where you can track the learning progress of all students or participants at a glance.
Q. Do you offer invoicing for organizations?
Yes. Invoice-based billing is available for institutional and corporate clients. Please contact us to arrange this.
🔒 Account & Privacy
Q. Do I need to create an account?
No account is needed to use the free demo. An account is required for paid plan subscriptions.
Q. How is my personal data handled?
Your data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy page for full details.
Q. How do I delete my account?
You can submit a deletion request from Account Settings in your dashboard. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Q. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page to receive a password reset link at your registered email address.
